You have created your hook DLLs and declared your hooks and Runtime Content objects in your survey. Everything seems to be working fine locally and you're ready to check in your survey and test your hooks with your survey running on your production server. Clearly, the DLLs you have created and referenced in your survey need to somehow get from your local machine, to the server so they are available when the survey runs there and collects real data. The hook developer will have to work with their DatStat Illume Server Administrator to facilitate placing their hook DLLs in the "bin\" directory of the survey collector.
